IT support activities include:
- Oversee and manage the installation, maintenance, and optimization of antivirus and security software. (Working with an external supplier)
- Administer cloud-based services and ensure efficient cloud management and data security (Working with an external supplier)
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and safety
- Provide timely solutions to IT-related issues faced by various departments
- Assisting in the operation of the company’s computers, including software used by the company (such as SharePoint, CRM, Monday). Preparing computers for employees who come to the company and managing the company’s inventory of computer equipment
- Collaborate with external IT service providers as necessary
Job Requirements
- At least 3 years of proven experience in IT support, particularly within a corporate setting
- Strong understanding of cloud services, data security, and antivirus software
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work independently
Employment Type:
- Part-time (1 day/week with potential to increase days based on company needs)
